Design Files. Figma UI/UX for the real build

Four products, designed screen by screen in Figma before anyone wrote code. Landing pages, service pages, member dashboards and mobile layouts. Every frame on this page fed a build that shipped or is shipping. Design that goes to production, not decks that go in a drawer.

№ 01 · The Brief

Why
design
comes first.

A website or app built without a design file is a guess. These four were not guesses.

№ 01

Real pages, not moodboards

Every frame here is a full page or a full screen at production size. Navigation, hero, sections, footer, states. The client approves the actual thing they are going to get, not a colour palette and a promise.

№ 02

The build inherits the file

The designer and the developer sit on the same team. Spacing, type scale, components and breakpoints move from Figma into WordPress, Shopify or Flutter without a translation layer. What you sign off is what ships.

№ 03

Responsive from the first frame

Desktop and mobile are designed side by side, not desktop first and mobile as an afterthought. The Bare Syndicate file carries a full mobile set next to every desktop page. Phones are where most of your buyers are standing.

№ 04

Dashboards and logged-in states too

Marketing pages are the easy part. Member areas, course dashboards, supplier and investor portals, quiz flows and certificates are where products live or die. Those screens are in these files as well.

№ 02 · The Files

Four products,
frame by frame.

Rendered straight from the Figma files. Top of page shown large, the full page in the scrolling strip beside it.

Industrial minerals · Global · Corporate site + portals + mobile set

A natural-resources group with mining and trading, an investment hub, financing and escrow, and supplier, buyer and investor portals. Dark maroon and gold system, a dashboard for logged-in members, and a full mobile-responsive set designed beside every desktop page. This is the file we point to when someone asks what "responsive from the first frame" means.

№ 03 · The Process

How a file
becomes a product.

01

Discovery

Who uses it, what they need on each screen, what the brand can and cannot look like. References collected, not copied.

02

Structure

Page map and user flows first. Which pages exist, what each one has to do, where a visitor goes next.

03

Hi-fi in Figma

Full pages at production size, desktop and mobile together. Components and auto layout so changes ripple instead of breaking.

04

Review

The client walks the actual screens and comments in the file. Revisions happen in Figma, where they are cheap, not in code, where they are not.

05

Handoff to build

Same team builds it: WordPress, Shopify or Flutter. The file stays the source of truth through launch.

№ 04 · The Stack

The tools
under the hood.

Every one of these is something we run daily, not something we read a tutorial about.

№ 05 · More from the catalog

Where the
designs went.

Three builds that started life as a Figma file.

№ 06 · FAQ

Honest
questions.
Honest answers.

Do you design in Figma before you build?+

Yes, on anything with more than a couple of pages. It is cheaper to move a section in Figma than in code, and it means the client approves real screens rather than a description of them. Small landing pages sometimes go straight to build. Products never do.

Do we get the Figma file?+

Yes. The file is part of the deliverable, with components and pages organised so your team, or any future team, can keep working in it. No hostage files.

Can you design a mobile app, not just a website?+

Yes. The Financial Regulation Courses mobile app is twenty-five screens covering onboarding, courses, quizzes, certificates, subscriptions and support chat. The same team then builds in Flutter, so the design is drawn with the build in mind.

Can you work inside our existing brand?+

That is the normal case. Confidous arrived with blue-and-white and a set of reference sites; Bare Syndicate with an established maroon-and-gold identity. We design the product to the brand, not the brand to our taste.

Why are some previews on request?+

Three of the seven files are shared with us by their owners rather than owned by us, so we show them in a call rather than publishing frames. Ask, and you will see them.

№ 07 · You read the file. Now what?

Got
a product.
still living
in your head?

Send us what you have: a sketch, a competitor you admire, a list of pages, a rough idea. We will map the pages and show you the first real screens in Figma. Then we tell you (honestly) what it will take to build. Before you commit to anything.

no retainer trap. just truth.
